You are going to spend a lot of time sitting on the plane. You should definitely be wearing something comfortable. It would be better if you wear a comfortable pair of t-shirt and trousers or whatever you wear at home.

Some flights can be really long and you may have to sleep on the plane only. So, you should buy a comfortable pillow and a sleep mask as well. Keep all your essentials with you that you need while sleeping.

Earphones are another important thing you should keep with you to kill time. Take a good pair of earphones that are comfortable.

If you are going on a long flight, we advise you to not wear any makeup. Makeup will make your skin feel irritated. Although you should apply moisturizer to keep your skin in good condition.

Keep on drinking water to keep your body hydrated. The environment can be quite dry while sitting on a plane, do keep your favorite drinks or water with you.

For the good of your back and body, you should get up after some interval of time. Do not sit for a long time on the same seat.

Avoid heavy meals during your flight. Heavy meals can be hard to digest. You are going to sit in the same place and there is a lot of chance of you getting nauseous. Drink and eat light foods to keep your body well during the flight.

Take a good book with you or you can take Kindle with you which is quite popular. You can even subscribe to a streaming service to watch some good movies or shows during your travel.
