Rubina Ratnakar takes up another travel fantasy of all the travel lovers and writes about traveling along the historical silk route in this blog.
Silk Route is the historical route by which silk’s monopoly and trade passed from China to the rest of the world. It is a network of roads that were a medium of trade between the east and the west. It is known as the Silk Road because most of the trade between countries was of silk.
At present day, the road connects Asia to Europe passing through China, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Turkey, Greece, and Italy. For all the travelers who love to explore history and diversity. The route was generally used for trade so you may not have the holiday feel at some times.
